After a serious health scare back in 2009 I began searching the web for proven ways that I could use to start rebuilding my own health. I realized very quickly that the World Wide Web has many rabbit holes that can take you down a path to ineffective solutions. There seem to be many charlatans out there that want to prey on those that are in need and earnestly searching for some answers. I’m not saying that everything found on the Web is of no value, but how can we differentiate between the good and the bad? Over the past few years I made it my goal to search out safe, valid and effective information that worked for me and I believe can work for many others. But here is where I have to insert my caveat: I am not a doctor and I do not diagnose or treat disease; for any diagnosed condition you need to consult with your physician. I am a Holistic Nutritional Consultant, however, and can help you identify nutritional weaknesses and imbalances, and then help you support those challenges through nutritional, lifestyle and supplement changes that can put you on a path to better health.
After my surgery I took a course to become a Holistic Nutritional Consultant at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I wanted to educate myself so I would be able to rebuild my own health. As I was going through this process I thought “How can I help others who might be searching as well?” Well, here is my offering and I hope you find something of value here for yourself. This will be a ‘living’ project and will continue to morph into a work that will improve over time.
